Stay away! These people are very unprofessional and have no idea how customer service should work. After waiting 2 hours to be seen I decided to walk away after a confrontation with one of the employees. They were very disrespectful to an older man that was there at the same time I was there. Also, talked crap behind customers’ back. I hadn’t been here since I was in my teenager years and whoever runs this place now should really look into customer service. Went down the street to another repair shop and the looked at my vehicle and gave me an estimate within 10 minutes. Stay away from this place. There are 3 other a/c repairs shops within 1/2 a mile.

Stay away from this place, they had my mom waiting for over 4 hours for a “diagnostic” claiming her compressor had a massive leak, and that her evaporator was damaged and quoted her $1,400. What was actually wrong was a blend door actuator that for one is a $40 dollar part If this small plastic piece strips, cracks, or jams, the flap defaults to the heater core, causing your AC to blow hot air regardless of your dashboard temperature settings. All in all, the repair was actually cheaper than their $132 dollar “diagnostic fee”. Literal thieves.

I rarely write reviews, but this shop absolutely deserves it. My truck’s AC had completely stopped working, and these guys diagnosed the problem right away. They replaced the evaporator and the blower motor, and the work was done professionally and correctly. What really impressed me was how much they went above and beyond to help me with my extended warranty. They took the time to work through the warranty process and made sure everything was handled properly, which saved me a lot of stress. The level of honesty, professionalism, and customer care here is something you don’t see very often anymore. They kept me informed, treated me fairly, and most importantly fixed the problem the right way. Now my truck’s AC is blowing ice-cold again. If you want a shop that stands behind their work and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend them. These are the kind of people you can trust with your vehicle.

Stay away from Eagle. They have 8 doors but only 2 guys working. Long queues ever. There’s a waiting room (with turned off machines & clean bathroom) but if you don’t take your number and standing at front door checking the numbers you will lose your turn because they don’t ask at waiting room for the next. What they do is to charge your car air conditioner with UV die and try to find the leaking with UV led flashlight. If they find the leak they will charge the double price any mechanic charge to do the same thing. STAY AWAY FROM EAGLE
